Delivery availability and charges

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and the total charge before payment. Availability and rates depend on the destination and order. The final checkout amount applies.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders may be fulfilled by an overseas supplier. A local warehouse or Australian dispatch location is not guaranteed. If a dispatch or delivery estimate is not displayed for your order, contact compagliam@gmail.com for an estimate before ordering. Delivery estimates depend on supplier availability, destination, carrier and any customs processing; they are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order updates

Your order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available from the fulfilment partner. Please check that your delivery address and email are correct.

Delays, missing parcels or delivery problems

Contact compagliam@gmail.com with your order number if your order is delayed or has not arrived. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change an address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Your consumer rights continue to apply.
