Shopping with Drivefree

These terms apply to use of the Drivefree online store and purchases made through it. Our store is hosted on Shopify. For questions, contact compagliam@gmail.com.

Product information and compatibility

The Drivefree adapter is intended for compatible existing wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto systems. It does not add those systems to a vehicle that does not support them. Read the product and compatibility information and contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your vehicle, head unit or phone.

Product imagery may include enhanced studio renders based on the supplier's product. Packaging and incidental presentation may vary. This does not limit our obligation to supply goods that match their description.

Prices and checkout

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Review the total and your order details before submitting an order. Any advertised discount is subject to its stated conditions.

Orders

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If there is an availability, pricing or fulfilment problem, we will contact you with the available options. If we cannot supply an order, payments for the unfulfilled goods will be refunded.

Safe use and third-party services

Set up and operate the adapter only when it is safe and lawful to do so. Do not interact with a phone or make setup changes while driving. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and third-party apps are provided by their respective owners and are subject to their requirements and availability. Drivefree is not affiliated with Apple or Google.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Updates

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not remove rights you have in relation to an existing purchase.
